MBA and now? Go to India!

I’ve already written some pieces about the growing importance of India and China on this blog recently. A few minutes ago David Griffiths, a friend of mine from the design management context and a lecturer at the Zollverein School send me this email:

“The firm is Idiom - www.idiom.co.in [job roles are listed on the site under “Careers”] - please copy this email to anyone who maybe interested in working in India with a Top 5 Design Consultancy.”

On idiom’s website you will find the clickable career logo on the lower end of the site and the listing reads quite impressive ranging from graphic, space to furniture design as well as project management positions.

While some jobs are looking for juniors idiom is also searching for seniors as well! May you live in interesting times …

    Hi,

I found this site while trying to search for more information about Idiom in Bangalore.

I am a Sr. Art Director / Creative Director for a major Advertising Agency in Canada, and I was contacted by idiom and told about a position, and then after due dialogue was asked if I could take a trip to visit them in Bangalore, and when would I be available. I gave them my schedule details, and I haven’t heard from them since then! A couple of weeks have gone by, and now I am starting to wonder if the company is legit, or what, since I have left a couple of emails with no response.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Idiom personally, and what sort of company it is from the viewpoint of professionalism and international business standards.

You can reach me at “theXenon” at “gmail.com”

    Cheers,

    James Scott
